I found this adorable resort style, tassled cutout dress/skirt, yes i can wear it both ways as a:skirt or a dress.  Resort way over swimwear, if out n about, wear a tube dress underneath or of relaxing at home simplu be bare underneath.  Soft cotton feel on the skin automatically makes you feel relaxed.
